Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

456wim is an international online sports betting and casino platform operating under international licensing and serving the Indonesian market. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and other domestic and international competitions — alongside online casino games, live dealer tables, and crash game variants.

These Terms apply to all products, services, and features accessible through the 456wim website. They should be read in conjunction with the 456wim Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

456wim reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "456wim" — the online gambling website operated at https://456wim.cam and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces and subdomains.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — any individual who has registered a 456wim account and is using or attempting to use the Platform's services.
• "Account" — the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 456wim registration process.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all 456wim transactions are denominated.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive issued by 456wim to a Player's account, subject to individual promotion terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and age verification process required by 456wim before a Player may withdraw funds from their account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount of eligible bets that must be placed before a Bonus amount becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction applied at a Player's request that blocks access to the Platform for a specified or indefinite period.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator: the certified software component that determines game outcomes across 456wim's casino game library.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond 456wim 's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 456wim, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Access to 456wim is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years old, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed through 456wim or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme to which 456wim subscribes.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a local licence not held by 456wim.
6. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of a 456wim employee in a role that provides access to non-public odds or game data.

Account Registration

To access 456wim's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 456wim. Creating multiple accounts — including through the use of different email addresses, identity documents, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 456wim immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 456wim will never request your password via any channel.
• KYC verification: Before your first withdrawal, and at any time at 456wim's discretion, you will be required to submit identity documents to complete KYC verification. Accepted documents include the Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid passport, or a government-issued driver's licence, alongside a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address.
• Account closure: 456wim reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that a Player has breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that 456wim deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Deposits

456wim accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.

Supported deposit methods on 456wim include:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are specified on the 456wim Cashier page and may be updated from time to time. 456wim does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 456wim bears no responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your 456wim account within the processing times displayed in the Cashier. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within the indicated timeframe, please contact 456wim support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 456wim account holder. 456wim will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the 456wim Cashier and is subject to change. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• 456wim targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the point of internal approval: local bank transfers within 1–3 business hours during 08.00–24.00 WIB; e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) within 15–60 minutes during operational hours. These timeframes are targets and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional security review is required.
• 456wim reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or destination, as part of its ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• In the event of a disputed withdrawal, 456wim will suspend payment pending investigation. Players will be notified via their registered email address of the reasons for any suspension and the expected resolution timeline.

Bonuses & Promotions

456wim offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian football events and national holidays such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus issued by 456wim carries a wagering requirement, which specifies the minimum total value of eligible bets that must be placed before the bonus (and, in some cases, winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on restricted game types will not count toward the rollover.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise by 456wim. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will forfeit the earlier bonus.
• Bonus abuse: 456wim employs automated systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses cancelled and may be permanently restricted from future promotional offers.
• Right to amend or withdraw: 456wim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and/or by email to affected players.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456wim platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on 456wim, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or derive unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any other competitive game format offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions in any 456wim game or system for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known exploits will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform. 456wim is required by its international licensing conditions to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Allowing a third party to access, operate, or manage your 456wim account on your behalf.
• Placing bets on events in which you have material non-public information, or in which you have any capacity to influence the outcome.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with 456wim support.

Responsible Gaming

456wim is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. The Platform offers the following tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings and take effect immediately for restrictive changes:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session time limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. A reality-check notification will alert you when your session limit is approaching.
• Time-out: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in to your account or receive marketing communications from 456wim.
• Self-exclusion: Request a voluntary self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 456wim platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 456wim platform or its content.

Game content provided through the Platform by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to 456wim for distribution. Players may not record, stream, reproduce, or commercially exploit game content without the express written consent of the relevant studio.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456wim's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 456wim account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

456wim expressly excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any nature.
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond 456wim's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events, third-party payment processor failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity.

456wim does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure events, or circumstances outside 456wim's control may occasionally result in downtime. 456wim will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance and to minimise unplanned disruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 456wim holds its primary international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local laws and regulations that vary by region. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 456wim platform is lawful in their specific location. 456wim makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to These Terms

456wim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at https://456wim.cam/terms-conditions, with the effective date of the latest revision indicated at the top of the document.

Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility conditions — 456wim will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with each active Player account. For minor clarifications or corrections, notice may be provided by posting the updated Terms on the Platform without separate email notification.

Your continued use of the 456wim platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you may close your account by contacting support at [email protected] prior to the effective date, and 456wim will process any eligible balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 6.
